Free Directories and Search Engines you should submit your website to

Directory submission not only gives you a free link back to your website, but makes you rank better in search engine organic listing. Below the is a list of free submission directories, with no reciprocal link required and a list of search engines you should consider to submit your website to.

Before submitting your website to direcotries, please consider few things.

First of all, make sure your website is in a good Search Engine Optimisation shape. Make sure your syntax is error free and W3C validate. Take care of your meta tags and SEO semantic code. Otherwiese, directory submission process can be just waist of your time and resources.
Content of your website is extremally important and it gives reason for poeple to visit your site. Interesting and rich with keywords content is the key.
Prepare your title, description and keywrods for your website. You will need that during the submission process. Make sure your title contain the main keyword your target.
Don´t use automated submission services. It may be more harm then benefit. Submit only to quality directories.

Search Engines

Since the search engines find sites through links and by crawling the web, you dont need to submit your website to search engines.
